We had a fantastic time during our New Year stay! the views from our window were absolutely breathtaking, offering a panoramic scene of the beautiful valley. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information for our upcoming hike. We also loved the communal dinners and breakfasts, where we enjoyed delicious meals with an abundance of vegetables. the property was well-maintained and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks to our stay. our room got quite cold at night as there was no fire.

Friendly hosts, delicious food options including vegetarian choices. Turkish bath and sauna available. Great horseback riding experience with Umberto. Convenient location for visiting Quilotoa Laguna.

The hot water showers were a welcome treat, and the hammocks were perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. The common room was well-equipped with a computer, games, and even a ping pong table. The breakfast and dinner provided were plentiful and delicious, and the staff even packed us lunches for our hike the next day. Cloud Forest is definitely a great spot to stop over before your next day trek!
